Terms and conditions

The trading conditions have been prepared to provide clarity and security in connection with trading on ginhass.com. Our customer service is open 24 hours a day if any questions arise in connection with the trade or for our products.

Ordering & payment

All our prices on the website are clearly stated in either inclusive VAT or exclusive VAT, depending on whether you shop as a private or business. Prices are daily prices and can be adjusted. The price at the time of ordering is the applicable price for the purchase.

Gin Hass reserves the right to make printing errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes as well as sold-out goods, overbooked production and delivery failures from our suppliers.

 

Pledged

Some of our goods are pledged. This is clearly stated in the price of the item when ordering.

 

Order

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an online confirmation. Should you not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, you should contact us. You will also receive a new email the same day your order is shipped.

When you shop with Gin Hass, agreements are made in Danish, English, German or Spanish. If you would like to receive a new copy of your order confirmation, please send us an email at info@ginhass.com.

 

Payment

We offer several possible payment methods. The most secure and the form of payment we recommend to all customers is to pay with a payment card.

We accept the following card types:

Online payment by card

When paying with an electronic payment card, the amount is deducted upon order confirmation. Payment is made via a secure and encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. This means that your card information cannot be read by outsiders.

 

When you shop with a debit card, we reserve the right to verify that the personal information provided is true. We can write down the amount paid at any time – if e.g. the date is overbooked, or not wanted anyway. However, for security reasons, we can never increase the amount approved.

 

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. All amounts on the website include VAT on final payment flow.

 

The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark – Kroner (DKK) or Euro (EUR)

 

Delivery time

We provide agreed service, cf. information on date and location that appears on your order confirmation.

 

Delivery costs

Our transport prices can vary depending on the size of the order and types of goods. Transport and shipping prices are clearly stated on your order.

 

Complaint

Damage to equipment or goods as a result of incorrect handling by the customer is not covered by the right of complaint. Complaints regarding defects must be notified to Gin Hass within a reasonable time after the delivery date. Here, 2 years is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund (reasonable) compensation.

 

Right of withdrawal

When you shop at Gin Hass, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can let us know that you regret the order and we will then refund your payment. In case of cancellation, an e-mail must be sent to info@ginhass.com, stating bank, registration and account information or swift / IBAN. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the order confirmation. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

 

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must by a clear statement by email notify us within 14 days of receipt of the order confirmation. If your order is made less than two working days before the delivery date, the right of withdrawal lapses. If the order is canceled more than two working days before the delivery date, the full amount will be refunded.

 

You bear the risk of goods and equipment from its delivery, and storage you bear the risk of any compensation in the event of theft and damage caused by the buyer or buyer’s guests. You can not regret by simply refusing to accept the booking, without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
